Despite being a Diamond member, no room upgrade was available, even though the hotel seemed quite empty.

So I had a rough time, more noise than I expected during the night. People having a party next door, and the staff didn’t handle it well. I did get a different room eventually, but the noise outside was still a lot. Also, they did have a nice bar area though, which was cool.
